What this site is

Visora Tools is a free collection of everyday web tools: PDF redaction, PDF to image, crochet and cross stitch grids, coloring pages, PNG to SVG, signatures, video to GIF, bingo cards, Secret Santa draws and a time card calculator. Each tool does one job, explains how it works, and answers common questions on the same page.

Who runs it

Visora Tools is published by Visora. We build tools we'd want to use ourselves, and we keep them free with no sign-up, no watermarks and no usage limits.

Privacy first, by design

Every tool runs entirely in your web browser. When you open a PDF, a photo or a video, it's processed on your own device with JavaScript and is never uploaded to a server. That's not just a policy; it's how the site is built. The site has no backend that could receive your files.

You can check this yourself: open your browser's developer tools, switch to the Network tab and use any tool. You won't see your file being sent anywhere. Cloudflare, our host, may also add its cookie-free Web Analytics script to count page views and load times; it never sees your files or what you type into a tool. Read the full Privacy Policy.

How the tools work

The tools use well-known open-source libraries, bundled into the site: pdf.js and pdf-lib for PDFs, jsPDF for printable files, imagetracerjs for vectorizing, and gifenc for GIFs. Where we use classic image processing instead of AI (for example, edge detection for coloring pages), the page says so.

Limits worth knowing

Because everything runs on your device, very large files can be slow on older phones. The Signature Generator makes an image, not a legally binding e-signature, and Secret Santa links are lightly scrambled rather than encrypted. Each tool's page explains its own limits in its FAQ.
